About the Summit

The third Aphasia Access Leadership Summit will be hosted by SCALE @ The League Aphasia Center and held on the campus of Loyola University in Baltimore, MD, March 7– 9, 2019, gathering professionals who help people with aphasia navigate life. Attendees are people who are charged with making environments more communication accessible, running hospital-, community- and university-based programs for people with aphasia, creating innovative products, teaching the next generation, and working on research.

Through the summit theme, Bridging Service Gaps through Aphasia Care Collaborations, attendees are invited to explore the diverse programs, actions, and resources used to support communication access for those affected by aphasia.
